How do I know if a product is available?
Availability is shown on the product page. If anything changes, we will inform you promptly.

Are the product photos exactly the same as the final product?
Product photos are indicative. Minor differences may exist, but they do not affect the function or features of the product.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

• Cash on delivery (COD – valid only within Greece).
• Bank deposit (Piraeus Bank – Metatech PCC IKE).
• Debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

Is there an extra fee for cash on delivery?
Yes, there is an additional charge of €2.50 (VAT included).

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship orders?
We ship all over Greece via our partnered courier company.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, volume, and delivery address. The final cost is calculated and communicated to you after your order is placed.

Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our physical store in Heraklion, once we notify you that the product is available.

Pricing & VAT

Are the prices shown with VAT included?
Yes, all prices include the applicable VAT.

Can I request an invoice instead of a receipt?
Yes, you can. Please provide your business details (Company name, Address, VAT number, Tax Office, Profession).

Returns & Withdrawal

Can I return a product if the wrong one was delivered?
Yes. If you receive the wrong product or quantity, return and replacement costs are covered by our company.

What about defective products?
If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect and is within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Can I return a product even if it has no problem?
Yes, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days, as long as the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Are there products that cannot be returned?
Yes, for hygiene or special reasons (e.g. personal care products, sealed software, sealed audio/video items that have been opened).

Warranty

Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products include a warranty according to the manufacturer. The warranty period is listed in the product’s specifications.

What personal data do you collect?
We only collect what is necessary to process your order (name, address, phone, email, VAT number for invoices).

Do you use my data for advertising?
Only if you have given us your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
